I am trying to find an address for Etihad in Madrid
Due to estate of alarm here in madrid spain my flight dated may 31,2020 was cancelled..the question is …can i refund the deposit for my ticket to the travel agency?…im not the one who cancelled my flight but they (travel agency)told me that they will get the 250€ as penalty ..they also told me my ticket now is open for 6 mons.i can use it …but after 6 mons.it will forfeit ..i’ve used my vacation…i need to get my money …if they give penalty not 250.,this is too much…please somebody on your office to answer my letter..thank you and have a nice day..stay safe
Impossible to contact to. Nor telephone, nor Twitter, nor dm. They sold us a ticket for a flight that doenst exist for people but for cargo. Left us alone in Hanoi airport….steel waiting for an answer
