Dear sir, I flew from Londons Heatrow airport to Mahe Island, Seychelles on July 24th & 25th. Confirmation no. was RkWJIZ. Flight nos. 12 and 187.
I have a high quality Sansonite hard shell bag with a pull up handle. It was working well at Heathrow airport. When I pick up my bag at Mahe air port it was damaged. The pull up handle does not stay up as it should. It was damaged by Etihad employees. I want my bag repaired. Email or text to me at 951 210 9956. Paul Meston.
