I would like to first of all show great gratitude towards two particular people working at the Manchester office of Etihad Airways. Miss Kulpna was outstanding in her show of compassion, understanding and assistance in arranging onward flight for me. I had flown into JFK from Montreal, Canada and was scheduled to fly to Islamabad, via Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately due to the delayed departure of American Airlines from Montreal to NewYork city, I had missed my onward flight to Abu Dhabi. Kulpna with full assistance from her manager Maria (I believe) was extremely professional and genuine in her efforts to assist with onward ticket albeit I had to pay additional $400 or so towards the new ticket.
I was stuck at the airport and later in the city for 4 days before I spoke to Kulpna at Etihad’s Manchester offices.
Many thanks to Kulpna and her manager for all their help. I would highly recommend them to the higher authorities of Etihad Airways and will commend Etihad Airways for having trained and motigated their staff to go beyond the call of duty. This is how you keep customer loyalty, and I for one with my family look forward to flying with Etihad Airways for all our travels.

Good afternoon
Myself and husband were travelling back to the U.K on flight no. EY487 on the 28th February, 2018 on scheduled time 17.05.
Booking ref. JG6Q9N reservation no. JHGWUL this flight was delay in Perth for 7 hours.
The passengers were Mr. Frederick Bluett and Mrs. Brenda Bluett.
The judgement of the Court of Justice of the European Union in Tui and others V CAA confirmed that applicability of compensation for delay as set out in the Sturgeon case. As such, I am seeking compensation under the EC Regulation 261/2004 for the delayed flight.
The scheduled flight length was over 3500km so believe that we are due £540 compensation for each traveler as compensation from the Airline.
I look forward to hearing from you and would welcome a response in 14 days.
