You will be charged for each item of luggage that you check in. If you check in more than one bag weighing 23 kg, an additional fixed charge for excess luggage applies. If you book your first piece of luggage up to 23 kg on the website, a surcharge of €9 – 30 per route and passenger (the exact amount depends on the route) will apply. This amount is increased to €18 – 60 (the exact amount depends on the route) for bookings at the airport counter. If you check in more than one bag weighing 23 kg, an additional charge will apply.

My flight was 4Y0134, in 27.07.2022, at 19.35, with Lufthansa LH4358, operated by Ew Discover, from Frankfurt to Mombasa, Kenya. I had two bags. Only one arrived in Mombasa. When I arrived in Mombasa, in 28.07.2022, I complained about this bag. The number of my complain is MBA4710158. Since one week and two days ago, when I arrived, people from Mombasa airport told me nothing about my bag and they are lying to me about this. I know you are able to trace where is my bag. I’m afraid my bag was already stolen by people from Mombasa (because of corruption from this country, Kenya). Please, trace my bag and let me know where is it or what haeppend with it, because I had an important papers there and I want to accuse them to police and to the court. My start journey was from Romania, with Tarom company, with flight RO301, from 27 July, at 8.35 AM.
