i was originally booked on BA 16 June, the flight got cancelled and they transferred us to Finnair on the 18 June, the BA booking reference K4H7EG, with this booking i was entitled to free seat reservation and 1 PC checked 23 KG and hand luggage for 2. what difference between BA and Finnair is there regarding luggage, also what is the contact number for Finnair in Vienna as this number +43 810 810290 does not exist, btw the number was given by BA rude staff in Vienna
