    My name is Agung, last time I used Garuda indonesia to go to Japan (Haneda) from Jakarta (CGK) on September 10, 2018. Now (september 26) when I need my boarding pass for processing some administrasion paper it has dissappear. My boarding pass has disappear, I did not find my boarding pass to prove that I used garuda Indonesia to go to Japan. What should I do? Please give me solution for my problem. Thank you

    Dear Garuda,

    Please advice, if we bring sport equipment (bicycle), we have to report or notifiy prior departure? or we can go directly to counter during check in?

    I have plan to bring my bicycle from Japan to Jakarta in this December 2018.

    nama saya Rizky, saya ingin melakukan reschecule penerbangan saya dari bulan April lalu karena alasan pihak imigrasi Jepang yang tidak mengizinkan kembali datang ke negeranya akibat efek penyebaran virus corona di wilayah asia tenggara.
    beberapa hari lalu, saya telah mendatangi kantor ticketing Garuda di Gedung New plaza Marunouchi, namun kantor tutup dan akan dibuka kembali dalam waktu yang tidak dapat ditentukan.
    lantas bagaimana saya melakukan reschedule penerbangan saya? dalam kasus saya, saya telah memiliki voucher.
