Client is inside airport, cannot go our as he has emergency indian passport issued from Laos and he is transiting in Bangkok. Trying to call indigo office at airport since last 4 hours. No answer. Trying to talk to indigo staff through, the staff at Thai airport indigo staff is not ready to answer, Thai staff is advising never buy indigo ticket they don’t help anyone, and they are advising him to buy new ticket with Thai airways, what about the Thai baht 8500 he bought indigo ticket. This is really crazy, this needs legal battle on indigo for hsrassement.
Please help Mr. Subhash Singh , who list is passport in Vientiane, now transiting Bangkok and is inside airport trying to go back to india. He is holding indigo ticket to delhi via Kolkata , indigo staff at Suvarnabhumi airport is not ready to help , now is is waiting gate C4, so he can talk to the indigo staff face to face. If any indigo staff see this msg please convey to Indigo airport staff in Bangkok. The information counter staff spoke to indigo and indigo is not ready to do anything he is holding fully paid ticket .
