From 4 days I am requesting everyone of INDIGO and Make my trip to do the OK TO BOARD.
Tell me is it required to be done for the passengers to be travelling from Delhi to Doha Qatar or not ?
Half of the team is saying me to contact Dubai office , rest are saying to contact Indigo India .

In case the visa has been obtained from an agency / service provider in India, kindly provide PNR, Name, Date of Travel, Sector and other relevant details to your visa issuing agency and ask them to contact the airline for insertion of OK to Board message if necessary.

customer service number in Dubai. There is an automated voice and it puts you on hold for over half hour, with no response from any agent. Have been facing this issue several times.

I booked 2 tickets for my wife Suman Thapliyal and Aisha Thapliyal today around 1.00 P.M direct from the website of goindigo. My credit card account was debited by Interglobe for AED 1,558 at 13.29 hours and thereafter website of Indigo was not accessible.
