The airline operates scheduled flights to Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, North America and South America out of Mexico City International Airport in Mexico City. It is wholly owned by the Aleman Group. It is one of the first regular low-cost airlines of Mexico and claims to offer the most extensive domestic network compared to its competitors. The airline described itself as the “JetBlue of Mexico”.Interjet also operates several charter flights throughout the American continent, mainly in the Caribbean.

I am very sad and unhappy. I had a trip on November 1 from MIA to OAX with a flight that left at 1:35 pm in the afternoon and arrived that night on November 1. My hotel is booked for November 1. Now I see that my schedule has changed – I leave at 4:55 pm and must spend the night in the Mexico City Airport and not arrive Oaxaca until November 2!!!! My return flight on November 6 has also changed – again necessary to spend a night in the airport in MEX. I am not a young woman, I am traveling alone and I am not happy to stay in an airport all night or having to pay for two hotel nights in MEX and lose one night in OAX!!!!!!. I have been on HOLD on the phone for almost 2 hours!!! Then the phone disconnected – twice! This is not acceptable. Please respond with a solution!!
