I called the Jet Airways Customer Care number at 0803 924 3333 twice during the last 30 minutes. The recorded message is incoherent since the Victorian Indian accent and expressions are anachronistic and unsuitable for contemporary travelers. As an Indian, I can tolerate a range of accents and flavors but this was simply not good.
Anyway, then I was connected to an operator after waiting nearly 10 minutes. The operator/agent/representative was just impossible. After I described why I was calling she bellowed that she did not understand. I repeated and in the middle of my second repetition, she hung up!
I called again, went through the same routine and was hung up at the operator site.
Awful!
