I am writing this to express my disappointment with Kenya Airways. I boarded KQ 400 from JKIA to Bole International Airport, Addis Ababa on 24th Jan, 2018 at 0635h and the flight was delayed by one hour in the name that the bulb was being fixed. Upon arriving at Addis my bag together with my colleague George Murichu went missing.
Our organization Christ is the Answer Ministries (CITAM) has been using your Airline over time. I am shocked that no action was taken by the management even after lodging a complaint. The worst of all is that some of the passengers on board with the same claim were compensated by KQ office at Addis but we were left.
I am really frustrated by the level of negligence by the KQ management. The lack of care in spite of us being in a foreign country is overwhelming. I will advise my organization, travel agency and relevant authority regarding your poor services and bias
