It been two months and no refund for canceled flight to Mombasa starting from Nairobi. I paid $836.30 or over 26 thousand baht. Booking number U3KELN. Angelo Kournianos. I flying business class. At gate they said I could get refund so person led me thru customs to Kenya Ticket Office in Bangkok. Dec. 23 you rebilled me for flight after I disputed cost of ticket. This payment was the cost I paid to change ticket at the Bangkok airport at Kenya ticket counter at Bangkok airport. Why no refund? Shaheen called me about refund. This not right. Not only cancelled flight from Nairobi to Mombasa but delayed 6 hours at Bangkok airport.
