I have a booking on 3rd July from Khartoum to PARIS and the return on 21st July, is the flight coming to Khartoum on the scheduled date mentioned?

  • Tawfiq Ali

    Customer care,,
My name Is Tawfiq Ali and I travelled from Nairobi on the 28th of June at 11:20 pm Nairobi to Khartoum and arrived around 1:15am on 29th of June and was on transit to Aden onboard on Queen Bilkis Airways which departed at 4 am to Aden.
While transiting in Khartoum all Kenyan baggage where delayed and we were taken to the Bilkis Check-in counter where we met a Kenya Airways representative (a Sudanese Lady) and a Bilkis Airways who assured us that our baggage Would be placed on the plane. The Bilkis representative further assured us that should the baggage be delayed, we would get them in Aden by the next flight that is yesterday the 2nd of July.
In Aden after disembarking we did not get our bags and reported to the Bilkis representative and he also assured us that they will come on the next flight that is yesterday 2nd of July.
Yesterday I went to pick the bag at 4pm and they told me that it seems that Kenya Airways had not sent the bag to Khartoum and that they did not get it, which I doubt.
I would kindly request for your assistance to confirm that the baggage was given to the Bilkis representative by the Kenya Airways representative.
My bag tag is as follows:
    MUBARAK
    OBI2ZD 1/23KG
    KHARTOUM
    KRT KQ348 28JUN 23:2
    PRINT DATE GMT :28JUN
    BAR CODE
    0706 KQ 271301
Your kind assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Please if you could find it at the airport please deliver to Bilkis Airways to deliver to Yemen.
The Bilkis representative in Khartoum contact no. +249 92720020
    Yours faithfully,
    Tawfiq

    Dear Sir
Through my travel agent I booked 4 tickets on Kenya Airways from Khartoum to Kigali return to depart on 6 April. Due to the circumstances in Sudan you cancelled the flight at very short notice
This cancellation caused us to miss a very important meeting (we tried to book on Ethipoian airways next day but could only get 2 tickets and our group were 13)
I write to you because just today 6 MONTHS LATER my travel agent returned and told me that he is still waiting for the reimbursement of the 4th ticket and you had deducted taxes of nearly $40 per ticket
I think this is very unfair and should be returned and in fact we are entitled to compensation for missing our very important meeting

My sons flight was cancelled by Kenya airways and he requested to be put on a scheduled flight for 20th May, 2022. The the office accidentally booked him on the wrong flight for 19th. He is still waiting for a confirmation from Kenya airways that they have rectified their mistake. !!! Time is running out as the flight leaves at 3am and he has already incurred extra costs and missed an important meeting in West Africa.
