As a last desperate measure I hope I will be heard.
Please can you assist me! For 18months now both Expedia and Kenya Airways have been fobbing me off. I purchased flights via Expedia Ticket No. 7062302284319 Ref K7AOXE for June 2019. After much hounding Expedia told me Kenya Airways had approved a refund of $2338.20NZ. I have never received it.
Meanwhile I have tried via guest support emailing a Mary Odhiambo repeatedly. Finally she said Expedia needed to give her a code number. I got it and emailed it to Mary. KC7L7B.
This morning I tried a Virtual contact receiving the message that I have a credit voucher with Kenya Airways.
Every time I have tried to log into Kenya Airways I get a message saying my account has been deleted. I tried opening a new account. I could not. The message saying my email address had already been used.
My emails to Mary now bounce back. I can not call Kenya Airways international numbers. I only have a cell phone without provision for international calls. Being 71 years of age this has become a most disconcerting situation.
PLEASE can you sort this out for me. I still hope to go to E Africa mid 2022.
