I came with KLM flight KL 445 on November 14th to Bahrain.
Unfortunately I have left my optical glassesi in the bag in front of my seat, were security instructions and KLM prospects are also located.
My seat was 42A. I am Flying Blue member Nr.2027026576. I hope that cleaning people found the glasses and you can send me a message what am I to do. I am leaving Bahrain on November 22nd wit KLM flight KL 446. If the glasses were found I can collect them at the airport before departure.

the most useless office/service ever š Bahrain office does not assist with tickets inquiries, they give you a number of the outsourced customer services office somewhere in Egypt where the employees are inflexible and have standardized textbook responses to any issues you might be facing. My issue was not being able to get luggage information and pricing from the KLM website for a flight that was operated by another carrier. i don’t understand why my ticket price did not include the luggage fee, or why i could not purchase luggage on the website. i never faced this issue with any other airline that operate flights by multiple carriers! this is a basic service made very complicated by a series of incompetent processes and staff.
