I had booked a flight online for my wife Zarin Gupta on 11.4.2018. The booking was for a flight in the morning of 17th June from Bucharest to Amsterdam. I paid by credit card and have been billed for the same. However I have received no mail confirmation of the booking nor received any e Ticket as yet. Am depus o reclamatie la KLM, referitor la un bagaj deteriorat: reclamatia: nr: 20100103738, am primit raspunsul Dvs, prin care mi se solicitau datele bancare si datele facturii bagajului nou achizitionat prin care mi se solicita de asemenea sa specific nr. de referinta: 12647877000.
Am facut toate demersurile solicitate de formularul de reclamatie dar in momentul trimiterii imi afiseaza ca s-a intamplat o eroare.
Am intocmit de 3 ori formularul si automat mi se afiseaza acelasi motiv de a nu fi inregistrat.
Va rog aeti amabilitatea de a-mi indica un nr. de telefon la care sa pot vorbi personal cu un angajat almDvs. – nu cu un robot_ sau sa-mi indicati o adresa la care sa va trimit oficial o adresa cu datele solicitate pentru a fi despagubita.

Am bilet catre Peru, dar din pacate toate zborurile si granitele au fost inchise. Prefer banii inapoi. Imi voi rezerva eu la anul alt zbor cand voi stii exact data Conferintei la care doresc sa particip.

Buna ziua. Pe data de 1 februarie am avut zbor Cancun-Bucuresti si mi s-a pierdut bagajul. Am anuntat serviciul bagaje si am primit inregistrarea cu numarul OTPAF21009. Bagajul nu a mai fost gasit si doresesc sa fiu despagubit. Cum trebuie sa procedez in acest caz?

Numele meu este Gheorghiu Valentin si reclam urmatoarele:
Suntem clienti fideli si membri Flying Blue si zburam cu KLM de cel putin 18 ani, nu este prima data si nu am primit nici macar un cent din partea dumneavoastra. In data de 03.03.2022 am rezervat on-line booking code : L6JB5N pe ruta Bucuresti-Amsterdam-Los Angeles si retur, pentru mine si sotia mea Gheorghiu Gabriela si am bifat 1 bagaj de cala la mine, pentru care am platit in plus 60 euro. Tariful celor 2 bilete a fost de 1364,20 euro iar eu am platit 1426.20 euro prin credit card. Specific ca am primit pe e- mail rezervarea biletelor fara a fi specificat ca am 1 bagaj de cala.
In data de 01.04.2022 sotia a apelat call center KLM la numarul 0216550739 pentru a ne asigura ca bagajul de cala este inclus tur-retur. Rog ascultarea apelului si convorbirea cu operatorul dumneavoastra ,care i-a confirmat ca bagajul este achitat tur-retur si ca pe e-mail am primit doar biletele.
La intoarcerea in tara in data de 10.04.2022 pe aeroportul din Los Angeles, am fost surprinsi cand am fost informati ca nu avem achitat 1 bagaj de cala si ca trebuie sa platim 75 $ prin credit card. Noi nu am avut bani la noi, nu ne-am gandit ca ni se poate intampla acest mare incident. Am fost nevoiti sa apelam la un prieten care era la serviciu si l-am rugat sa ne ajute. A venit urgent la aeroport pentru a ne salva. Am achitat 6$ card credit plus 75$, adica totalul de 81$. Am atasat copie chitanta si copie credit card.
Solicit verificarea in amanuntime a acestei reclamatii inclusiv ascultarea apelului si returnarea sumei achitate plus daune morale. In cazul nerezolvarii pe cale amiabila, amenint cu inaintarea acestei reclamatii catre autoritatea competenta sa rezolve aceasta reclamatie sau cu judecata.
Rog numar de inregistrare.

KLM has just the worst customer service I ever saw. They lost my luggage since 5 days ago, I cannot contact anyone because they seem to have no real humans you can communicate with in their company. I need to go in another travel and I am desperately trying to contact them and no one answers.
