    Can you help please, I traveled on KLM 0413 from Amsterdam to Dammam on January 06 2017 and left my Bose QC15 Headphones onboard the flight, my seat was 24D. I tried contacting KLM direct but have been informed to contact KLM at the airport direct, but this was an automated service and was no use. Hence contacting your office in Saudi Arabia. If you are unable to help me can you send me a direct phone number to speak to a KLM representative at Dammam Airport.

      can you publish the address of the dms limo service from dammam/khobar to bahrain airport.flight number KL l312.
      Cause it’s not clear. 2 hours (20.40 / 22.40) for joining Bahrein airport from Khobar on the thursday, is it enough ?

However, due to the recent diplomatic conflict/crisis between Canada and Saudi, my son will depart Canada before September 1st. As a result, my family has to leave the country as well.

    Hello, my name is Antoinette, my KLM flight from Amsterdam to Saudi Arabia Dammam was canceled due to technical issues and was given Etihad airline to bring me to Dammam with flight number 3948 from Amsterdam to Abu Dhabi and flight number 3905 to Dammam on Dec 30, 2022 Unfortunately my two luggages have been missing since with bag tag numbers 4006999649 and 4006012295.
    I reached out to Etihad and was told since l did not get the ticket directly from them, they are unable to trace my bags. Please follow up with urgency . I have my medications in my bags that I need to take.I am being tossed between KLM and Etihad. I was told the bag tag numbers are not showing in the system of Etihad or my destination at Dammam. I will appreciate it if someone can kindly trace my bags. I am unable to file a complaint on the KLM website as well. I have been in Damman since Dec 30th and I can’t my bags. Wondering who is responsible for my bags. Etihad is declined to talk to me because i did not get the ticket from them.

    When I finally got reference number I was told l needed a clam number instead which I don’t have at the moment.
