I did the payment yesterday for my ticket to Washington from Dar es Salaam at Standard Chartered Bank. After that as per your email instructions, I sent a copy of the receipt with my booking code to the provided email address. I haven’t gotten any response or ticket until now.     I would like to thank two employees, one with Nasdar Airco Ltd., Rechency Manega, and the other with KLM, Patrick Mahimbo. Both worked together on short notice to get our baggage off of a markedly delayed Air Tanzania plane and rebooked our KLM flight so we could leave from Dar es Salaam rather than Kilimanjaro airport. Both made an extra effort, showed us kindness and were extremely knowledgeable in a situation made untenable by delays in our Air Tanzania flight. We are very appreciative to both of them and hope their extra passenger service will be noted. We will remember our flight home to Seattle Washington fondly thanks to their efforts. Thank you.

    My Self Cycil Christopher & my wife Kamonwan Oraphap booking code SMX9YJ TICKET NUMBER 0742438143750. & another ticket number 0742438143750. we both live and work in zanzibar and Tanzania we apply for Schengen visa from French embassy I’m was looking for flight and KLM have a long stop over in Amsterdam for almost 8-9 hours I book till Amsterdam believing that it’s a Schengen country but at Dar es salaam head of boarding counter lady she told me I can’t travel to Amsterdam coz my visa issue from France ok so she told me I should book another ticket I booked another ticket from Amsterdam to Paris booking code VKR4FT ticket number 0742438143753 she looked at my document and talk with her supervisor which she mention that is in Nederland and they told me I can’t travel with KLM I either I have to buy another airline or get approved from Nederland embassy which make no sense coz I’m was traveling to Paris now according to my ticket then her supervisor and told me you didn’t book all flight together that’s why we can’t let you travel .
    I work as a manager in Seasons lodge zanzibar and my wife this bad attitude and arrogant behavior I don’t think this is KLM style.
    I believe I mention what happen to me and I’m looking for full refund in my account ASAP.
