      Dear Sir or Madam, I went to the office in San Isidro as per the above address last week – and it is closed! and has been since before christmas, apparently. What a shame you have not updated this site?
      The 2nd thing is that I went there to ask about changing my ticket booking ref. S1TD7P. I would like to return to the UK earlier for family reasons……..eg 5th May or thereabouts, whatever is the cheapest ticket. Can you please help me with that? Where do I go or can you suggest to me online what to do. I know I have to pay a “fine” but what will be the difference in price also?
      Finally, the free 0800 number given out by the doorman at your previous offices, does not work – it’s just a faint noise. KLM is usually a very good quality airline – so far, this last week, I am not impressed.

    I had to borrow money for this trip that I will explain below .This journey was just to see my daughter.Unfortunately I am a composer with no relevant income.
    Iā€™m a Peru resident.I live in a small village in cusco
    I bought the round trip tickets from cheap tickets.com ,I will attach the itinerary as needed
    My first leg was Cusco -Lima 12:37 on 21st May
    It was smooth but the official at the latam airs desk told me to check in again with Klm airlines because my second transfer was Lima-Amsterdam with KLM 744 at 20:00 Pm on the same day.But she still labeled the full flight route to the luggage as lima Amsterdam Ä°stanbul
    In Lima after picking up my luggage I went to Klm check in desk .Non of them wearing blue shirts.A man at the entrance of the check in line wearing white shirts with Klm sign stopped me wanted to see my passport and told me come back in one our after asking irrelevant questions like ā€œhow I came to Peruā€ even if I showed my residency card.
    After one hour I went back to the desk, the same guy told me that they canā€™t take me to flight because the immigration didnā€™t let.I said Turkish citizens does not need transfer visa and I would stay at the airport…..and he did not listen .This trip was the only thing that kept me alive and a prejudice man stops me .this trip was surprise to my daughter .I started crying but he refused to help me.I asked the supervisor but the supervisor had the same approach
    I was helpless,the cheap ticket.com tried to help me they couldnā€™t get hold on someone at Klm .I had messaged to your Facebook page ,even the consulate ,all agreed that they had to take me into flight.But the guys at the desk did not listen.I waited till the last moment but nothing has changed .my flight took off without me at 20 pm .All night I stayed at the airport desperately crying to find an official to solve my problem.Because I just wanted to see my daughter maybe last time as a 50 years old broke composer .In the morning a gentleman saw my miserable and desperate situation trying to find a Klm official to solve my problem .He said he knows a man who can solve my problem.The gentleman he took me was a ticket agency who solves the problematic tickets of Klm .He spent many hours with a Klm official on the phone .to solve my problem.Unashamedly the official on the phone accepted to fly me with a fine as if I made the error.later the official said I have to go to check-in desk when it is open to see if I can fly.I asked the gentleman who helped to come with me to the desk at 17.00 .Because I knew the same guys was going to be at the check-in line entrance.As I knew at 17:00they were there and they refused to take me in ,they didnā€™t listen to the gentleman who was trying to help me as well.The gentleman gave up but he didnā€™t want me go upset because I was crying and he really understood my situation,he found a friend at Latam .his friend made a ticket for 23rd at 07:00.Lima to Sao Paolo, one night at the airport.then Sao Paolo to Rio de Janerio .To Roma and then finally to Istanbul.I was in Istanbul on 25th of May .On 22nd night I slept at the hotel paying 50 dollars.
    Latam,Ali italia,and Pegasus made me fly and Klm did nothing on the first part of journey, and got paid for doing nothing and made my life miserable.it took me 5 days to arrive to Turkey.
    But the same Klm flew me back with no problem and good service.
    As I borrowed money for this journey I need you to give me full refund +expenses for the first part of my round trip ticket and an official warning to the crew who works at Klm desk at Lima Airport.
    This is a small request after 5 day misery and humiliation at the Klm check-in line.

    It’s impossible to contact the airline, there is no way to change my reservation online and no way to reach the airline via whatsapp, facebook messenger nor phone call. Not having a good experience!!!

    HI, itĀ“s impossible to get some answer from KLM phone number or WUP (in this case the answers is provided by “virtual assitant” and no matter info you post, no one answer was received).

    We need to re schedule a new fligths and also redeem some “cupones” provided by KLM because a fligth cancellation by KLM during Covid 19. No one answer is provided, no one chanel of comunication is provided to solve all the problems.

    Who is responsable from KLM to provide a solution, starting by a proper chanel of comunication ??

    My wife purchased a ticket form LIMA to PARIS for the 30/01/2021.
    I was informed today that her flight from Schiphol to Paris was rescheduled, resulting in a NEGATIVE correspondence time.
    A 2 to 3 hours correspondence time is necessary to transit in Schiphol whic is a very complex airport to get her luggage safely transferred and find her way in the airport.
