We are in Moscow and we need to talk with KLM about our flight to Amsterdam which leaves tomorrow that is operated by Aeroflot. There is no phone number on the web page for KLM in Moscow!!!!!!

What they did not write is that the Customer Care line is only open from 10:00 – 12:00, and that even at this time there is either no answer at all, or just a pre-recorded message which says simply “Thank you. Goodbye.”

I was able to get through to a human being using the KLM Flying Blue Service Centre Phone number (+7 4999 22 39 36 local rate) but was initially told by a first-level agent that it was impossible for the Flying Blue Customer Support department to contact KLM Customer Care. After persisting gently for a long time, I was eventually put through to a second-level member of staff who noted down my phone number and claim reference number and said that he would get someone to call me back about my issues. I am now waiting for that call.
Vrijdag 24 mei was de vlucht van SU 2551 overboekt. Zijn overgeboekt naar Aeroflot.
Bij aankomst in Moskou geen bagage.
Heb bericht ontvangen dat koffer is gearriveerd met vlucht SU 2551 op 25 mei.
Nog steeds geen koffer, niet bij Aeroflot , waarschijnlijk dus bij KLM.
Zit al 4e dag zonder enig toiletartikel en kleding.
Wat moet ik doen, telefoon Aeroflot neemt niet op.
This is true that KLM is unreachable in spite what office you are trying to call. Nobody is available neither in the USA office where I was listening to the music for more than 1 hour and then have been disconnected, nor in Moscow office where nobody is available either.
The KLM prices almost 30% higher than Turkish Airlines to the same destination. But service is noncomparable. Very disappointed.
