I booked flight from Tehran to LA for my elderly parents a few years ago. After a few months in LA, for health reasons ( my mother got severely ill and got hospitalized) they had to cancel their flight back to tehran and reschedule. For this process they were mistreated by KLM office staff both in Losangeles and also here in Tehran, where and my husband and I had gone to ask for help and guidance on behalf of my parents. Instead of helping us, an Iranian male staff member who I assume is still working there as his pictures are still up on the internet, was extremely rude, with repulsive manners. So instead of help I along with my husband were verbally abused by this unethical and uncivilized person. For this kind of abuse my parents also lost money, which I think is nothing short of day light robbery by KLM staff. I am shocked that KLM employs such low inefficient, incapable and uneducated
Low standard people. After this treatment, we now choose other airlines to fly and not KLM. We have alao informed our feiends and family not to use KLM.
Please monitor and evaluate properly the type of staff you employ in your KLM offices.
KLM air flight attendants are rude, uncultured and racist.
Especially to muslim and iranian passengers. My mum noticed their verbal abuse of iranian passengers who were waiting to go to the lavatory. The flight attendants laughed at them and told them they are facing Mecca…absolutely shocking and unbelievable!!!!!
KLM altogether are robbers and thieves and con-artists who steal money that should be reimbursed to passengers. KLM takes advantage of weak people. This happened to my elderley parents who were forced to cancel their flight from LA back to Tehran sie to illness. What is even worse all the above negative traits have now rubbed on iranian staff who work in KLM offices in Iran, especially the KLM office in Tehran. They are all rude, lack manners and are rude to their own fellow iranian citizens….something I guess they have learned from this inefficient and sad dutch airline.
Shame on you KLM. You should be ashamsed of yourselves!!!!!!
