It has been 7 days and I am unsuccessful in locating my luggage.
Could you please help me in finding my luggage? I have no work clothes or any souvenirs from Paris and it was my trip coming back from my honeymoon…I would like to keep my memories as sweet memories and it would be of wonderful help if you could connect me or forward my email to somebody that is in charge of Korean Air / Air France lost luggage.

I was not happy with your ground staff at CDG airport, Paris, France on the 31st October 2020 from CDG to Phnom Penh transit in Korea to Phnom Penh.
I and my wife are Elite Plus of Sky team with bagage gain:

On top of this, I bought 1pc of 32kg which:

Total B: 257ā¬
Total A+B = 429ā¬ but the ground staff, they charged me 540ā¬ which is over pay is 111ā¬. They might have a mistake in caculation as you they told me to pay.
Therefore, my recommendation to top management:
Firstly, I request to return back my money of 111ā¬.
Secondly, I request korean air management to improve their attitude as the way they talked to me is inappriate manner as a respect to clients. The person I mentioned is not a National Korean staff but a male who doing check-in desk I gess maybe the airport staff check-in counter at Priority Check-in counter desk on that day. His behavior to me is not acceptable manner. I would not hire this man for my company honestly.

Hallo, how is it possible for you to change confirmed schedule easily. with all the protocols right now like 72hours PCR test before boarding.
My PCR test is scheduled 23 of Nov. and my flight is 25th Nov. and suddenly you changed my confirmed flight the 24th!
It’s not that easy to have rendezvous for PCR test.
