The most ridiculous rule I ever heard about the credit card verification. Using the same credit card, I need to go to JFK to verify 3 of 4 tickets. Will never fly Korean Air again.
It is impossible to contact someone at Korean Air. I have tried many ways with no results. I can no longer seem to perform anything online. I know that Korean Air is having problems, but I really need to speak with someone!!
We need to cancel our flights because of Coronavirus. Your phone line is always busy. We want either a refund or credit to use when US flight restrictions to South Korean are lifted. We can not go to Thailand via South Korea because of the health risk. Flight is for March 10 from JFK FLt 651 to ICN then ICN Flt 660 to BKK. Return flight is April 5 BKK Flt 660 to ICN then ICN Flt 85 to JFK.
