Heavy bags
Any checked baggage on a kulula flight weighing more than 20 kg a piece is considered as a heavy bag. Heavy bags are charged a fee of R300 each at the airport.
Bags that weigh more than 32 kg and over the maximum dimensions of 75 x 43 x 90 cm each will be transported as cargo at your own cost and will not be carried on your flight.
Buy extra bags
Weigh your bag before leaving for the airport. If it weighs over 20 kg you can book or add an extra bag online at R290 or by calling our Contact Centre on 0861 KULULA (585852) at least 2 hours before departure. Any additional pieces of baggage checked-in will cost an extra R385 at the airport.
