Worst service in Trivandrum India Airport.They change the seats without our knowledge.I went with my kids early I got confirmed tickets that we sit together but they changed it and make us separated to sit in seats.Worst food service the whole travel was terrible.Our travel from Trivandrum to Newyork on August 22 2018.When I ask for the seats in other places they said it is Kuwait airlines in Trivandrum you have to report over there.
I travelled from Trivndrum to Newyork on August 22 our confirmed seats are 13A 3B 13C and 19k 19G 19J they simply change the seats in the tickets as 42K 42J 42G we booked the tickets in sit in the front side and want to sit along with my kids they make us to sit separetely.What kind of staff you hve doing this purposefully without any kindness.From Kuwait it is our terrible travel for us to travel along with kids.How cn you change the tickets like this???????????????
What’s wrong with your staff.You people made our travel miserable.We never faced this type of travel any time.No one did to us.Don’t cheat like thi to family travelling alone with kids.We suffered a lot on seeing this cheat to us.

They are not caring about the passengers who is traveling with kids.We reserved tickets from Trivandrum to New York we have confirmed tickets 19 H 19 K 19 J .They simply changed our tickets to 43 H, 43J,43 G.How can they do this to us that too we have confirmed tickets 23 tickets back from our original tickets.Trivandrum Kuwait airlines staff are not good.They cheated the air tickets to us.How can they change our tickets .We had a worst travel experience and hard feelings of this happened to us traveling with our kids.
