ciao, domani si parte, ho comprato un biglietto dell’autobus per malpensa, perché sono molto preoccupato per i miei bagagli, non posso chiamare malpensa latam perché il mio telefono non chiama da nessuna parte e non parlo nemmeno italiano

Ho preso un volo da San Paolo a Roma, con coincidenza a Malpensa Milano. a san paolo si diceva che i bagagli sarebbero stati ritirati solo a roma. siamo arrivati a roma e la valigia non c’era, hanno detto che la valigia doveva essere ritirata a malpensa milano. tutti i canali di servizio latam dicono che è per mettersi in contatto con alitalia, e alitalia dice che non possono fare nulla perché il biglietto del bagaglio è malpensa milano e che avrebbe dovuto ritirare la valigia a milano, sono fuori ne mala, latam non lo risolve, getta la responsabilità all’aeroporto e ad alitalia, e il cliente rimane senza supporto. Non compro mai più i biglietti con latam, il supporto e il servizio sono terribili e non ho una valigia
