    cannot contact with the numbers on this site l booked a flight for my partner to come to spend christmas with me and when she went to board at Santa Cruz they told her because the flight has a 40 minute stopover .at NZ she also needs a NZ visa they told her when she was checking in now l paid $2003 for this flight and she could not travel the Latam person told her to get a visa which she did but it was only for the next day and theres no flights what can we do?

    Now during this pandemic lockdown, LATAM announced its bankruptcy, thereafter it is holding up all these previous booking fund from the vulnerable passengers, myself is another victim!! 3 months after LATAM cancelled the flight. They wouldn’t offer any alternative substitute nor neither refund!!! Very impressive with these Airlines, thats just direct rubbery !!!
