I had booked a flight with Lufthansa from Barcelona to Munich on March the 19th and returning March 22nd. The trip was cancelled due to the complete lockdown of Spain. I received the cancellation confirmation (“Stornobestätigung”) per mail for my booking: Lufthansa Buchungscode: UETMD5. I was informed that the amount would be paid back to me within a few weeks, however, I still have not received anything back. Can you please tell me when I will get my money refunded? Hello! why is my luggage not being sent to germany? it has now been requested for the 4th time in barcelona.
In Germany at Hotline lufthansa I only get the answer that the suitcase is in Barcelona and has been requested for shipping to Cologne..since 06.06.22 lost…
it would be nice if the luggage would be sent to cologne.
is there any way to speed this up?
