Hi Lufthansa Airport team,
I bought ticket (flight information below) last week Friday via giropay at Lufthansa.com and I got a booking confirmation code and a payment confirmation. But when I try to find my booking this is not found. I already sent an e-mail to [email protected] (Issue ref: FB ID 36417446) and called the call center but none has been able to support me.
Customer relation does not reply my e-mail
Call Center agent replied at the phone that they cannot find my booking as they can only support bookings with credit card. By the way payment, I did check my bank account and the transaction was successfully made.
Consequently I am trying to get in contact with Lufthansa offices to get assistance, but these are also closed. Any suggestions how to get help?
