If any individual items or the entire contents of your baggage are missing, you should report this immediately upon arrival:

Hello, I had a Lufthansa flight, from Istanbul Translate Frankford to Helsinki, my daughter has two bags, I only got one of them, the flight number from Istanbul Airport to Frankford is LH 1301 on July 28 and the flight number from Frankford to Helsinki is LH 0854 on July 29 The baggage number I received is LH 152877, the code number for the second missing bag was missing. Please send me the number of the second bag that I did not receive.
