I tried to book a return ticket to Germany from Hong Kong online but I have aborted the booking because your online form does not show the client’s status of either ‘Miss’ or ‘Ms’. I encountered the same problem in my last booking experience in April 2019 for my trip to Barcelona and I had to use one of the prefixes on your online list, and ticked ‘Mrs’ in order to proceed with my booking believibng it could be amended at the airport on checking in. At the iarport, I asked your airport ground staff to change the prefix of my ticket for me to ‘Miss’ or ‘Ms’, but I was told it cannot be changed unless I purchase another ticket there and then which is absoluely ridiculous. On finding out that you have failed to amend your onliune booking form today, I have dedcided not to book with your airline until you improve your service.
