On the 26 of June, I lost a drawing in a carton protective tube. It was between checkin desk 116 at terminal one and the security checkin point. This happen within 9:30 and 10:30am. Who can I call to star tracking the item location.
I’ve been trying to call the customer service this past few days but nobody is answering the phone. I would like to rebook my flight since the connecting flight was cancelled.
