Dear Sir, dear Madame,
I booked a flight for my daughter and her to friends to Prague, but probably you missed out a crucial point that the connection flight from Munich to Prague gives only 10 minutes to change the plane? How could this be possible? …and the on the return flight from Prague to Munich and the Munich to Toulouse there is a gap of 7 hours. I tried to call you French service number 01 70 48 91 70 and as well your German Headquarter in Frankfurt on 0049 69 86 799 799 many times at day and night time, with the result that the line was immediately hang up. Should I try New York or Tel Ariv? I personally think Corona shouldn´t be an excuse for mismanagement and the young student should get at least a free lunch voucher at Munich on their return flight and me a little Bonus on my Miles&More account.
