Hello, unfortunately, there is no Belgrade City Office Address or Phone number of Lufthansa except the phone number of the Reservation office telephone, which is continuously busy! My husband and I had bought tickets Belgrade – Dublin

Due to Covid 19 we could not use the tickets and you offered us to use them later plus the vouchers to 50 Euros. We agreed,
Now we want to use these tickets that were not cheap at all.
Our login is not working for some reason; no one answers any phone, Belgrade Lufthansa center does not respond. When i checked for the phone No our Post informed me that there is no phone at all, it had been dismantled.
I cannot believe what a helpless position we reached with such a company.
Please tell me how to use mu tickets or pay us back some refund.
Then, we will think if we book our flights through Lufthansa again.
I am quite aware that there are many requests these days, we do not ask for the money just to use what belongs to us.
