    To whom may concern,
    On July 12/2020 my father had schedule to leave Bucharest at 6.10am with Lufthansa. A Lufthansa worker told my dad that he can’t fly with the B1/B2 visa in the US. Ok we got that, but when my father ask the lady 3 times her name because her nametag wasn’t displayed she started screaming at my dad. This is a horrible customer service. No professionals, no respect, no words for it. Horrible experience. All these people need new training to know how to handle any situation.

    Numerele de bilet sunt in format 220*********700
    Nu pot vizualiza rezervarile pentru ca mi se cere codul de rezervare sau numarul de bilet. De asemenea o sa fie imposibil sa fac checkin-ul
    Am scris o reclamatie la Lufthansa, dar vreau sa intru in contact cu cineva

Am primit de la Lufthansa mesajul urmator “bitte beachten sie dieses ticket wurde nicht auf lh.comgebucht. aufgrund der unterschiedlichen verarbeitung von dokumenten koennen sich leichte abweichungen ergeben, moeglicherweise kann kein vorausbezahltes gepaek gebucht werden. wenden sie sich dafuer bitte an ihren expedienten oder direkt an lufthansa,”. Va rog sa rezolvati situatia bagajului pe intreaga ruta. Va multumesc.

    Buna ziua!,am o problema,am sunat la un operator al companiei dvoastra azi 05.08.2022 ,ora 10,15 min ,am vorbit cu o doamna careia i-am cerut ajutorul ptr a-mi rezerva un loc animalului meu de companie ptr cabina avand 4,5 kg, 6 ani,mentionandu- i toate detaliile nr lui de zbor ruta etc…,sa-mi spuna daca la acel zbor este loc ptr animalut ,deoarece nu pot cumpara biletul pana ce nu primesc confirmarea daca exista loc si ptr animalut,a verificat onform numarului de zbor tot trazeul spunandu-mi ca da este loc ,doar ca re,ervarea i-mi va face-o abia atunci cand voi veni cu nr xe rezervare a biletului,am asigurat-o ca azi voi revenii cu nr dupa ce platesc biletul,fapt care asa am procedat ,dar la urmatorul apel mi-a raspuns un barbat, caruia i-am dat nr de bilet ptr a-i face si animalutului rezervarea ,culmea ,acest domn i-i spune ca acest zbor nu include animale de companie,va rig sa-mi dati un raspuns ,cine se face vinovat pentru ca eu am platut biletul cu acordul operatorului d-voastra dupa ce mi s a confirmat ca animalutul are loc ptr acel zbor?????,mentionez ca eu nu pot sa calatoresc fara acest animalut !!!!,astept un raspuns din partea dumneavoastra.Va multumesc!

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    On September 30th 2022, I was flying from Bucharest to Frankfurt. My seat in the airplane was next to a jew.
    When he saw me, he immediately stood up and he told me that I can not sit next to him because of his religion.
    I was petrified and a man in the back told me that there was a free place next to him and I went there.
    I felt so ashamed and humiliated because I did not say a word to the jew. It is unbelivable that this happens these days. Please, you have to do something in order to protect women’s freedom. It is unacceptable.
