Today we purchased tickets on-line from Istanbul-Toronto-Istanbul (round trip). During the process of selecting our Economy Class tickets, as indicated on the selection form – we made sure that each passenger had two baggage allowance+a carry on baggage. After having paid for our tickets by credit card, as we printed out our itinenary, we saw that the baggage allowance for Economy Class included only ONE bag up tp 23 kgs. We are absolutely disappointed and and feel that we were misled by the information on the selection form. If our Economy Class tickets will not allow us TWO FREE baggages up to 23 kgs. each, we would like to cancel our tickets and request to be refunded through our credit cards.
