Hello
I have received a message through the Lufthansa app that my flight has been canceled.
With no explanation and with no options provided.
I have tried to call several phone numbers and no luck. I was only able to speak to an agent but couldn’t help because it was an office that only dealt with groups.
I need to fly back to Canada and I am desperately trying to connect with someone from Lufthansa. This is not acceptable service.
Please provide with feedback and a quick resolution.
