Waiting time is so very much longer than in the US and other parts in Western Europe. The person responding to my call sounded like a robot and impolite. In the latter case, to help with my name I began to spell it. I was rudley stoped and requested to just say it.
I was then told to call another number, +375172922792 and spoke with a man named Fouad. I had the same experience with my name with Fouad. The call was about a seat upgrade.
I wish I had recorded the conversation for words do not describe the aggression.
I am yet to have such an experience in the States or in any part in Western Europe. I am yet to have such an experience with other arilines that fly from Western Europe to Minsk.
