I was informed by the Ben-Gurion Airport administration that Lufthansa business-travelers are not entitled to use the airport lounge, since there is no agreement between Lufthansa and the airport.
The easiest way to solve that problem is that we pay for the lounge use (NS 180 x 2), and that Lufthansa returns us the payment. Or perhaps you have another solution.

I wish to express my extreme disappointment with Lufthansa .
My name is Avivah Silbergeld, my booking code was RQ73MJ electronic ticket 220-2462066932, for 7th July 2021, from TLV to DEN, return 1st Aug 2021.The booking was confirmed again again and again via e mail. Upon arriving at check in after waiting more than an hour in the queue from 3 in the morning, I was told I cannot fly to the US via Europe. THIS INFORMATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN STATED ON THE WEBSITE WHEN I BOOKED MY TICKET. YOu have my Israeli passport number and the US visa number. The clerk said “All Israelis know this” Turns out that many many Israelis are not aware of this. For a company which prizes itself on service this is an outrage.

Due to the second change of the schedule of my booking R6C24W TLV-MUN I cancelled this booking on May 26th and requested a refund, and booked instead a LH flight for the same dates TLV-FRA. The cancellation and refund were reconfirmed by the Tel-Aviv office on June 21st.
I am somewhat wondering that although many weeks have passed since then my account has not yet been credited in accordance with the European regulations, which were reconfirmed by the AG Köln of crediting customers within seven days.
