For the lost items on aircrafts or in any of the Lufthansa lounges, you can report on arrival or contact through phone or email or contact
- At the Lufthansa baggage tracing desk at the airport or
- At the Lufthansa service counter at the airport.
If any individual items or the entire contents of your baggage are missing, you should report this immediately upon arrival:

Ich fliege am 06. Oktober mit OS764 / OS231 von Varna / WIen / Berlin.
Für den Herflug habe ich mein Bordkarte an PC ausgedruckt. Dies kann ich in Bulgarien nicht.
Wie bekomme ich meine Bordkarte?

Dear Lufthansa,
Your Bulgarian representative sent me an email on 24 March 2019 saying that they had tried to phone me but that I did not respond. This is not correct as there is no record on my phone of a missed call from Lufthansa Bulgaria. 00 359 2 935 8210, 00359 935 8211 Mastercard , but no office or email return address.
I called on 24 March at 17.35 but there was no response. . I was booked to fly to Canada 06 April 2020. I called back on 25 March 2015 at 11.58. There was a discussion during which the Lufthansa person asked my did I want a voucher but my schedule did not allow me to go to Canada until April 2021 so the representative agreed to cancel my flight and that I would get a full refund but not immediately. I received an email the following day confirming the cancellation but no mention of a refund.
I purchased and paid two tickets ,reservation L4RCWL for total price of 588,14 leva. In addition to this payment my credit card was charged two more times , each time 294 leva . One of this additional payment was refinded immediately,but the second 294 leva was NOT reimbursed to my credit card account. Please make sure that I receive the refund of the second amount of 294 leva.

My son, is attending the World Junior Ski Championships in Bansko, and departs Sofia via Lufthansa on Saturday morning to Canada.
Canada has recently introduced new quarantine on arrival regulations for inbound passengers. Airlines have been requested to ensure that passengers have pre-arranged quarantine hotels prior to departure.
The hotels are very difficult to book as the program has been implemented so quickly.
Fortunately, he is exempt from the requirement to quarantine in a hotel as he is an unaccompanied, dependent child, under the law.
I want to forward a document detailing his exemption to prevent any unexpected confusion or delay upon check-in..
