For the lost items on aircrafts or in any of the Lufthansa lounges, you can report on arrival or contact through phone or email or contact
- At the Lufthansa baggage tracing desk at the airport or
- At the Lufthansa service counter at the airport.
If any individual items or the entire contents of your baggage are missing, you should report this immediately upon arrival:

Sadly, I was advised wrongly about altering a flight from one destination due to another because of COVID, which would have cost me in excess of €775!
And even though I thought this was excessive they insisted it was airline policy – how wrong were they. I went directly to the airline itself and in the end it cost me half @ €350. Very poor service and a rip off.
Two days am calling Lufthansa office in Cyprus either this morning at the number 77788116 and put me on hold for a long time without anybody speaking to me, do you have any other number that someone can reply me as I want to reserve for my little dog in the cabin.
