Phones not being picked at all in your Nairobi office
Very bad experience.
I need to re book my flight, now.
I have been trying to reach anyone by phone and by email for 2 hours.
I left several messages. Absolutely no call back.
I will probably loose my return flight, thus thousands of dollars.

I tried to book one way air ticket from Nairobi to Minneapolis and make payment online on 09/01/2019 but when i enter my visa card details and tried to submit, the system return payment status incomplete with error messages. The reference of booking code:W49L2M and the departure date is 21/02/2019.
That said, i would like to know if i can make payment in cash or through bank account and get the air ticket.
