Good Day.
As of today at 6:05AM, I just finished overseas call in PAL Hotline #+632 8855 8888 and I’m so glad that one of your agent answered my call and within a minutes of conversation, my booking fees of (SAR2,260) will be refunded within 30 to 90 banking days.
And 7 to 15 business working days, I will receive email from Philippine Airlines regarding the said refund as was told by PAL customer support agent. And 1 good thing is, she already process the refund during our conversation.
Again, many thanks to PAL customer agent and this comment will leave as my sincere thanks and commendation for her.

PAL AIRLINE is the worst AIR LINE. I booked 12 PAX ticket’s on 26-JUN RUH to MNL.
