I am a PAL passenger who booked for a round trip ticket back to the Philippine dated August 5, 2019.My main purpose incoming here is for Medical check-up. It so happened that I have more medical appointment that I may not used this issued ticket in going back tp Philippines on the said date of departure. So I decided to extend it for another month with a partiular date of departure. The problem now this is: How much do I pay for a monthly extension with a particular date of departure or rather an extension without a particular date of departure.. I would appreciate if your office could gve me a reply that I may understand the various payment schedule of what I am inquiringfor. Thank you.

I booked my flight going to the s Philippines, June 15,2019, leaving LAX Nov 28, 2019 to attend the turn over of Shore 2 Condominiums in MOA, supposedly scheduled Dec. 2019. SMDC the owner of Shore 2 Condominiums advise the unit owners, the turn over will not happen and they set another date for 2020. My agent said my ticket is non refundable, how can I reschedule my flight for 2020, when the turn over will happen. Can you be more considerate since the reason I have is not at my end. Iā€™ve been flying PAL for so many years now and itā€™s always been a pleasure to fly with PAL. Can you please advise. My booking reference # JL8276 . I hope for your kind understanding. Thank you so much.

ticket number 079-2402205504, under refund application EIA2005028. Confirmation # L3BBWR

PAL canceled my flight, but promised a refund. It took me 6 weeks to file a claim, I was promised a refund within 90 days. After repeated emails from me, I finally got a response: The refund process will take 5 months (or an average of 5 billing cycles) from the time the refund was initiated (May 02, 2020), excluding weekends and holidays.
I have not received it after after 9 months! The airlines has been obstructionist since the beginning.

A complaint has been filed against PAL with the Department of Transportation. Monday, October 05, 2020, Case # DK2020100052
The DOT Consumer Fraud Division replied: Based on the information you have provided, your complaint appears to fall under the Department’s rules. If our review of your complaint and the response from the company discloses a potential violation of our rules, we may pursue enforcement action.

In addition, I have filed a DISPUTED TRANSACTION with Bank of America Visa. DISPUTE CLAIM ID 1022264994

If you do not send me a voucher or a refund, I will next seek resolution in the Small Claims Court where I live.
