I have tried to contact one of your enquiry staff – waiting for more than 45 mins. but listen to same recording, no estimation of how long clients need to wait before their calls are attended.
I waste time and efforts to call
I have booked a flight HKG-Melbourne on Flexi fare. I want to change the flight but had trouble doing it online. I emailed QF, got no answer.
