calling 00180361786 already 20 min waiting and not only that but the constant yapping about useless promotions and info making this the worst customer experience of the developed world… what year are you guys on down there in Oz? backwards airline… terrible!
I am beyond furious with Qantas. I have been trying to cancel our flight home from Bali for over 10 days and I am met with nothing from you. First off, my call back you were going to give me on 23/8, I am still waiting. Now I am here in Bali the email address doesn’t work and the Indonesian phone numbers listed, no one is answering. Could somebody please have the decency to make contact. I am getting the feeling that this is deliberate from Qantas, not to return calls or answer phones. Is there a Qantas office here in Bali where I can speak face to face with somebody?
