        Nobody answer that phone wether it is 8 in the morning 12 noon or 4 o’clock in the morning.
        I need to use my credit to book a ticket. The ticket is today already R2000 more. No emails answered also!

    Hi , please could you assist.
    We are booked to Fly SAA from JHB to Perth SA280 DEPART JHB 9PM – ARRIVE PERTH 12.20PM ,
    We are then flying from Perth to Sydney QF583 — DEPART PERTH 1.40PM.
    I am concerned that we aren’t going to have enough time to get from the one terminal to the other.
    Is there any possibility of us getting onto the later flight.

    With the world pandemic ad hand, we where suppose to travel to New Zealand on the 5th of May 2020 however that is not possible anymore.

    We received an email, indicating that we can either redeem the cost of our flight with another flight or the second option is to get refunded.

    If we choose the option of the refund, I see that we may be in for a cancellation fee, how much is a such an cancellation fee?

    I was told I can expect it to be paid into my account on the latest 1/04/2021.

    I have been trying since December 2020 to get my ticket refunded. See below
    Qantas Cape Town does not answer phone and I send every second day a mail with details but know reply from both sides. I let the phone ring for about an hour to three hours but not answer (021 427 3128), even weekends
    If somebody could just send a reply or talk to me THANK YOU

    Good day.
    I’m in South Africa unable to get a response from your Cape Town office, after 2 weeks of endless unanswered calls, kept on hold at times for an hour before giving up, I’ve called everyday at different times for 2 weeks, also unanswered emails.
    January 26th I redeemed my credit, for the flight you cancelled in 2020 due to covid, paid the extra fee required and made my new booking to visit my grandchildren. I was told I’d receive an email within 24 hours which to date is still outstanding, though the extra payment was processed immediately!
    My booking appears on your website yet no E ticket received? I’m told I need to get a new visa, though the previous one is unused, which I cannot apply for without my ticket.
    If there is anybody out there who can assist I’d be very grateful. Nobody answers that +27 21 427 3128
