Almost impossible to contact Qantas in relation to existing reservations. Tried both Tokyo and Australia without success. Waited on the phone for one hour but to no avail. Just get the message ‘your call is important to us and you will be transferred to the next available operator’ who never materialises. Clearly Qantas needs to hire a few more telephone staff in both Japan and Australia.
