I am trying to get hold of someone who can check that my husbands mobility scooter is noted as travelling with him on our flight QF8771 Auckland to Brisbane at 7.10pm on 12th October. His frequent flyer number is 1563565 & we were told that his mobility scooter would be recorded under this number, so that when used, it would automatically come up. As we don’ want any problems when we get to the airport, he has asked that I check for him. I have rung, held on, and then spoken to someone in Australia, who gave me an Auckland number that goes through to freight, so I am attempting to get an answer this way. Please either confirm or give me the correct phone number for me to call. Thank you.

Hello, Where I can attach my birth certificate for proof?
My Frequent Flyer number is 1902927837.
I’ve had a name change and wish to find out how to go about converting my name for points. There is nowhere here where I can attach my birth certificate for proof. Who do I contact please?

what have you done with our friend who was on a flight from Sydney and because it was late didn’t make the connection. There is a 2 hour waiting time on your phone. Our friend is elderly and disabled and supposed to be in a wheelchair but nobody is able to help us. I hope we dont have to call the police.

I’ve just spent the last 2 hrs unsuccessfully trying to make contact with a QANTAS operative regarding what I consider to be an underhand change to a flight booking.

I just called to see about a rescheduling flight , due to a cv 19 cancelation . They would not answer ( until i payed some money via Visa ) even tho i have flown qantas 3 times per year for the last 8 years . Is this normal to charge customers a fee to ask a question ???
