Hello Djakarta office, on 22 march 2018 I booked a flight from Denpasar to Sydney QF44 for 27 may 2018.
Due to changes in our planning I had to cancel this flight on 26 march 2018. I did so by telephone to the head office.
Short after the telephone message I got an E-mail from Mr or Mrs Tylin de Kock that there was a penalty of IDR 1.370.000,- per ticket.
It should take 28 working days until the refund of IDR 6.905.400,- would be returned to my creditcard.
After a lot of telephonecalls and a complain E-mail to the headoffice ther have passed 60 working days and still nothing has happened !!
I urgent request you to return the money as soon as possible because this is a bad advertisement for Qantas.

We have bee trying to cancel flights since Tues 17th 2020 due to Corona virus concerns
The flight was booked through Trip Monster – so we tried cancelling with them, but they said cancel with you, and you said cancel with them. No one has got back to us and no one has answered our repeated phone calls.

I have a ticket for flight from Jakarta to Sydney on 7 August 2020 with booking ref : OH4JFA and ticket number 0812305345844, ( flight number : QF 42) and return to Jakarta on 23 August 2020 ( Flight number :QF41) , Since Australia still restricted for flight from Jakarta to all visitor from Indonesia , I think this ticket will not available used for it. so can I refund the ticket or reschedule for February 2021?, what is your suggestion, the best solution for me?, thank you.

I have been trying to contact qantas Jakarta office regarding a refund of a Bali- Sydney flight which was cancelled due to Covid19 in May. The numbers provided by the Australian office are either “incorrect number” or the office is closed. a full refund has been requested by the Australian office. Please advise on how to contact you to organise this refund.
